With financial support from UNICEF, PanAfricare Zimbabwe implemented the Wash in School (WINS) project. the project aimed to increase school attendance and equitable access to education as well as retention of pupils in disadvantaged communities

• 16,624 people received safe water supplies

• 15 new water points drilled in 15 school

• Rehabilitation water point in 36 scholls

• 4 new solar powered piped water schemes implemented in 4 schools

• 51 schools with special needs and girls friendly latrines constructed
• 102 school health coordinators trained on hygiene behavior
