Board of Directors – Guy Eiferman

Guy Eiferman, brings a long and deep experience in France, in Europe, and globally, thanks to his diverse and important roles within Merck & Co / MSD, where among other positions, he has been a Managing Director for MSD France, Europe/ Canada, International General Manager for the Merck / Schering Plough JV and Global Senior Vice President for Merck Cardiovascular Franchise.

Notably, Guy created in 2014 and has been leading globally for four years, a new entity, Healthcare Services & Solutions, wholly owned by Merck & Co and dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative solutions “beyond the pill,” a unique and successful effort by a large Pharmaceutical company to innovate at scale in the area of Services & Digital Solutions.
Guy is now a Partner @ Nextep. He leads the Strategy, Solutions & Services Practice and advises many companies/ institutions in the healthcare ecosystem (pharma, tech, service, insurance, patient association, start-ups). He is also teaching «Digital Innovation and Solution in the Healthcare Industry » in a Master’s Program at Sciences Po, Paris. In parallel, Guy is a « Qualified Expert in Digital Health » for French Public Authorities in multiple Projects / Organizations (Contrat Stratégique de Filière en Santé, Societe d’Acceleration Transfert de Technologie (SATT) Lutech Sorbonne Paris, BPI, ..) and a Board / Ad Board member of various Digital & Healthcare companies internationally (Big Health, Persistent Systems, PanAfricare, etc.)
